GENERAL
By ordering a commission, you agree to the terms of service listed below:
• The listed price is for personal use only.
• I reserve the right to refuse or refund a commission if I feel I cannot complete it.
• I may upload finished commissions to my portfolio. Let me know if you'd prefer a specific upload time.
• Do not resell the commissioned artwork. (This only applies to personal-use commissions.)REFERENCE
• Please provide clear and detailed character references (color palette, design, pose, expression, background, etc).
• Unclear references may result in price increases or cancellation.
• I may refuse the order if I feel I'm unable to deliver the result properly.REVISIONS
• Major changes (pose, outfit, background, etc.) may cost extra.
• More than 3 sketch revisions will be charged additionally.
• Color adjustments during rendering are allowed up to 2 times.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• Commissions are usually done in queue order, though I may work on several pieces at once.
• You can request a deadline (please allow at least 1 week).
• Commissions are typically completed within 2 weeks to 2 months after the sketch starts.
• If it takes longer, you're entitled to request a 50% refund, and I will show you the progress.USE
• Personal use only, unless a commercial license is arranged in advance.
• Personal-use commissions may include a small watermark or signature. You're welcome to request its removal.
• Commercial use pricing is 250% the base price and includes clean, watermark-free files.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I retain full copyright of the artwork.
• You're allowed to post the commission on your social media (with credit).
• Do not claim the artwork as your own.
• Do not heavily edit or convert it into AI content.
• Personal-use commissions are not allowed for print (merch, etc.).PAYMENT
• Prices may change in the future.
• I use pay first or pay after sketch methods.
